Refund and Return
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
Shipping Policy
Lobuche Just Felt uses a variety of transportation and courier firms to deliver our products to you. Depending on the type of product, its weight, size (volume), and value, our system automatically determines the most efficient and cost-effective way of delivery.
All packages can be traced as they make their way to you. We strongly advise you to give us with a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the products during business hours, as multiple delivery attempts will incur additional expenses.
Order Processing
All in-stock items are shipped within 3 business days and often arrive within 2-8 business days, depending on your area.
An order that has been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Shipping Charge
Delivery Time
Couriers deliver Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). We have no control over the courier’s delivery schedule and cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery. The courier delivery timeframes are determined on their route, daily payload, and your address.
Re-Delivery Charges
If you are not accessible to accept and sign for the items during business hours, the couriers may charge you for re-delivery. Unfortunately, we will have to pass these additional expenses on to you.
We strongly advise you to provide us with a location where someone will be available during business hours to accept the items. You can also instruct the courier to leave the goods on your doorstep without requiring a signature by checking the “Authority to Leave” box on the shopping cart page. If you choose this option, we will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to your products.
